The End Game will look at Sports from four quadrants. When properly executed these four quadrants will provide whole person development and a bridge to your success in all aspects of your life. The four quadrants are “The REason” we play sports and why sports exist, “The REsponsibility” of all parties involved and how and why they are charged to impact the development of those playing sports, “The REality” of a career in sports and “The REwards” that one should strive to achieve when participating in sports.
